Martti is the Project Manager of Aalto University Design Factory. He takes care of both short- and long term development of ADF’s daily operations and management of daily activities. Typical tasks vary from preparing an annual action plan to preparing budget and personnel planning. Martti also takes care of developing and managing experiments that take place at Design Factory as well as planning and managing industry partnerships.
On top of serving the whole DF community, he acts as a supervisor to ADF communications team that takes care of all the content produced and published externally in different communication channels including the social media. Martti is the primary contact person for ADF stakeholders within – and outside the Aalto University. He also coordinates Aalto-run work packages of the ATTRACT initiative.
